Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Retrieve and organize shopping carts from the parking lot
- Assist customers with loading and unloading their purchases
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart storage area
- Monitor and manage cart availability for customers
- Assist with stock replenishment as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Multilingual or bilingual skills, especially Spanish, are a plus
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of electronics sales and wireless products is a bonus
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage
