Position Title: Sr Account Executive
Business Function: Client Services
Location: Remote (travel requirements listed below)
POSITION OVERVIEW:
This position will report to the Sr/Director of Sales and will be responsible for developing and guiding the implementation of the account specific business plans; achieving account profitability and sales targets; building/maintaining key client relationships; serving as the primary contact and leadership for assigned accounts. This individual will also be responsible for managing a small team of high performing Regional Account Managers and/or Account Executives.
ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS/DUTIES:
Client Liaison for assigned accounts overseeing company-owned and other sales channels
Potential to manage a small team of high performing RAMs/AEs
Partners with the Sr. Director on developing and executing channel strategy that aligns with Asurion’s KPIs
Owns internal collaboration of sales performance tools aligned to assigned accounts
Partners with senior leadership on developing quarterly marketing initiatives with sales and market leadership
Conduct regular reviews of business performance, marketing strategies, and trainings with the account and market leadership
Develop goals and business plans for the assigned accounts and alignment to client market leadership
Achieve assigned sales targets and goals for both device protection and home protection products within specific markets
Holds sales team accountable for strategy execution and sales target achievements
Coaches and develops team, provides recognition, and seeks creative ways to contribute to the greater team through collaboration for sales channel growth

What You’ll Bring to the Team:
5-8 years’ experience in Field Sales/Client Management experience in company-owned and dealer sales channels
1 year+ experience in leading a team in strategy execution and achieving sales goals
Experience selling in developing strategic growth projects with client sell-in, program trials, and executing full scale launch
Proven ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders and cross functional groups internally, within company, the customer, and the client
Contact management, time management and strong organizational skills
Ability to effectively implement and drive sales and marketing strategies at channel level
Presentation skills to small and large groups, across all levels
Problem solving, negotiation, and analytical skills

Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The budgeted starting salary range for this role is ~$125,000 + potential for bonuses.
