Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Multi-Family Apartment- Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, exceptional communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.
Duties:
- Conduct property tours for potential residents and highlight key features
- Process lease applications and renewals
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Maintain accurate records of prospective and current residents
- Assist with property maintenance requests
- Utilize property management software such as OneSite, Yardi, or Office for leasing activities
- Utilize conflict management skills to address resident concerns effectively
- Familiarity with Section 8 housing regulations is a plus
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or leasing preferred
- Proficiency in property management software like OneSite, Yardi, or Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to leasing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is advantageous

Pay: $17.25 - $23.19 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
