Description:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for acting in the best interest of the company and self in the scheduling of service and ensuring long lasting customer relations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Answer phone calls
- Set up service calls in Salesforce
- Data entry - Invoicing customers
- Make outbound phone calls to perspective contract customers
- Assist Service Department with day to day responsibilities
- Process credit card payments as needed
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Promote effective communication throughout all levels of the Customer Services function
- Assist in any other tasks that are requested by supervisor based on business needs
