Position Overview: We are currently seeking a reliable and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service to our customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their insurance needs are met. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer care.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes.
- Assist customers with policy changes, payments, and billing inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive outreach and follow-up.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Life and Heath Insurance License (Required) **If you don't have your license yet, you must be willing to get licensed within 30 days** We can help you with this!
- Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required) **If you don't have your license yet, you must be willing to get licensed within 30 days** We can help you with this!
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software systems.
