Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the Director of HR
· Prepare and manage the e-time reports/documents involved in the Region.
· Direct and manage IAG’s communication systems and respond to inquiries to facilitate a positive initial impression of the office.
· Help distribute any Policy and Procedure updates to employees as needed.
· Problem solves any etime or payroll issues with the employees.
· Monitor and distribute incoming faxes
· Filing in the personnel files.
· Employment verification
· Gathers new employee documentation
· Collect and file employee billing sheets
· Provide administrative support and maintain calendars for the Director.
· Prepare, coordinate and manage the administrative and technical reports/documents involved in the Region.
· Responsible for collecting and maintaining information for the personnel records and submitting them to the main HR department. Assure that all required documents are up to date.
· Maintain operational procedures relative to office clerical activities and workflow in and out of the regional office.
· Enter employee time into designated computer program daily/weekly.
· Order, monitor, and maintain clerical and business supplies for the regional office.
· Other duties as assigned from time to time by the Director of HR or Director.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
