**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage office operations to ensure efficiency
- Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities
- Handle human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and reporting
- Plan and coordinate office events and meetings
- Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules
- Coordinate vendor relationships and office supply inventory
- Maintain a professional office environment, including front desk duties
- Multi-task in fast paced environments
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in organizational management
- Strong team management and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft Excel or have intermediate knowledge (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE IN EXCEL)
- Experience in event planning and coordination
- Excellent calendar management skills
- Ability to effectively manage vendors and office supplies
- Previous experience in front desk duties is a plus
