Responsibilities:
- Data entry and operational processing in multiple platforms for all customer accounts.
- Communicate and gather information with clarity and detail with diverse customers, through phone, text, email and F2F interaction.
- Communicate with a wide range of team members regarding customer and account information.
- Provide operational task management and tracking for the production of orders and supplies.
- Provide administrative support for company events.
- Assist with finance tasks including printing checks, deposits, and submitting credit card receipts for Give Clean.- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Minimum 2-3 years of administrative and/or operations role.
Qualifications require functioning in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of information. Prioritize tasks time-sensitive tasks. Recognizing project management platforms and tracking for task management. Strong analytical and organizing skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a thorough understanding of business, and proficiency in office software applications are all required. Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Knowledge and skill in the Windows operating system, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel, Word, and Teams. Familiarity QuickBooks is preferred.
- Demonstrates attention to detail.
- Must be motivated, proactive, customer service oriented, and have the ability to work towards the common goal of the team.
