SUBFUNCTION DEFINITION:
The Analyst II plays a pivotal role in CCHMC, recognized as the top pediatric hospital in the country, by delivering robust technical support and overseeing call and incident management to uphold the seamless functioning of IT systems and services. Serving as the primary liaison for addressing IT-related challenges and service inquiries from CCHMC employees and affiliates, this role covers a wide spectrum of clinical and administrative technologies, including software, hardware, telecommunication systems, and clinical devices.

Shift: Rotating 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. Weekend and Holiday rotation
