You will provide overall administrative support for our firm's needs. The ideal candidate will have exceptional client service skills, outstanding organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize numerous tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Duties include answering phones, greeting clients, preparing conference room for closing, managing supply inventory, inputting new contracts, ordering title, and procuring documentation needed for closing. You will also prepare and send out executed lender/buyer/seller packages, final policies to lenders and buyers, and mail out checks after closing.
Important: Not much "on the job training" is provided for this position. It is imperative that we have someone that can catch on quickly and hit the ground running, as we are extremely busy.
Required Experience:
Prior real estate assistant or paralegal experience is not mandatory. However, the ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the real estate industry. The ideal candidate must also be professional, very organized and detail-oriented, friendly and able to prioritize.
Hours:
This is a part time position. The hours are from 8:30a - 5:30p Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. This position can also grow into a full time, 40 hours per week position. The hours would remain the same.
