- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or inquiries
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Communicate effectively with customers to build rapport and trust
- Assist or multilingual customers in both
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient in outbound calling techniques
- Demonstrated phone etiquette skills
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
