OFFICE MANAGER
We are a local family-owned HVAC company seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by managing scheduling for staff, service, and installation appointments, and providing support/backup to the management teams, CSR reps, and Service Techs.
The Office Manager is responsible for all transactional activity for accounting/billing, human resources-related functions, and offers administrative assistance across various other operational activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and show excellent time-management skills.
