**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team. The ADON will help the Director oversee all nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulations.
**Duties:**
- Manage and lead the nursing staff, providing guidance and support
- Review and update documentation to maintain accurate patient records
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Oversee nursing administration, including scheduling and staffing
- Implement and maintain HIPAA compliance standards
- Coordinate hospice care services for eligible patients
- Provide leadership in assisted living facilities
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing;
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Proven experience in nurse management or nursing administration
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
- Experience in hospice care is a plus
