**Job Description:**
As our Exclusive Real Estate Agent, you will serve as our featured agent for one of over 9,000 new home communities benefiting from exclusive leads, your own website, Lofty (Chime) CRM, professional video production and much more.
NOTE: You Must have closed 6 transactions in the last 12 months to qualify as a team member. (Alternatively, Candidates may opt to purchase these leads upfront and enjoy the unique benefit of no split at closing).
Here’s what you can expect as a Team Member :
- With a proven track record of 6 sales in the last 12 months you will start at 80/20 and transition to 90/10 after six closings in a year. Eventually benefiting from a lucrative 90/10 commission split, with 120 guaranteed leads annually!
- Access exclusive new home communities and proven, profitable marketing plans.
- Enjoy the flexibility of no upfront costs and the unique opportunity to be the sole agent per community.
- Utilize our comprehensive support, including leads, website development, video production, and advertising.
**Responsibilities:**
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and effectively manage a pipeline using our CRM system.
- Stay informed about assigned new home communities through regular visits and become proficient in builders, floorplans, and pricing.
- Collaborate with our marketing team for listing promotions and self-promotion.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to fellow team members.
- Handle contract writing and transaction management, ensuring a smooth process from contract to closing.
- Stay updated on local news and market trends to better assist clients.
**Requirements:**
- Valid real estate license and MLS membership.
- Minimum of three years of active real estate sales experience with a minimum of 6 closed transactions in the last 12 months.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to follow up on leads.
