We are currently seeking a full-time ERP Functional/Business Analyst to join our Information Technology team. In a context of rapid technological change and transformation within TC Transcontinental, the analyst will be involved in various projects related to continuous improvement, systems improvement, user and implementation team support implementing new business processes and new functionalities in the ERP system.

Telecommuting mostly, but the position requires travel to our plants located in Ontario (California), Thomasville (North Carolina), Spartanburg (South Carolina) and Griffin (Georgia) as needed (30%)
Salary range 105-115K Salary/year. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Participatory management
Analyze information system processes and propose customized solutions to improve performance and efficiency.
Liaise between business units, technology teams and support teams.
Design, develop, integrate, test and implement business solution systems.
Write and revise functional specifications according to standards and best practices.
Provide end-user support for stabilization purposes when new changes are deployed.
Translate business, operational and functional requirements to development teams.
Create test scripts, perform tests and document results to confirm system functionality.
Minimum 8 years' experience with an ERP system, ideally with Infor M3 or another version
Good knowledge of manufacturing business processes
Experience with different system implementation methodologies (waterfall and/or agile)
