Immediately interviewing for Kitchen Manager to supervise daily restaurant operations. Kitchen Manager responsibilities include supervising prep and cooking, maintaining kitchen inventory and complying with safety and cleanliness standards.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to manage our kitchen and FOH staff and guide them to deliver quality food on time. Ultimately, you will ensure all plates are properly cooked and served and our customers have a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities
- Train new cooks in proper and efficient opening and closing procedures.
- Correct food preparation per make sheets and best practices.
- Review prep book page by page with new cooks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen, including walk in and back hall.
- Review line and walk in coolers for properly rotated and labeled product and quality control of product.
- Check and maintain cleanliness and set up of patio, dining room and restrooms and FOH behind counter.
- Oversee and maintain efficient order processing via tablet, phone and in person.
- Oversee correct order delivery to delivery drivers, customer pick up and in house dining.
- Drive up selling with staff making sure customers are aware of our offerings.
- Maintain positive and effective relations between all staff, especially FOH and BOH.
- Maintain proper priority of work flow.
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Kitchen Manager
- Hands-on experience with execution of menu and inventory control
- Knowledge and execution of recipes
- Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Conflict management abilities
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
- Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends
- Ability to learn and correctly execute recipes
- Experience with pizza doughs and recipes and/or ability to quickly learn proper and efficient procedures.
