We are looking for a dedicated Store Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our store. Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and enhance profitability.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability and minimize shrinkage.
- Build and nurture customer relationships to enrich the shopping experience and foster loyalty.
- Analyze sales data using retail math principles to make well-informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales team on external initiatives to expand market presence and customer base.
Experience:
- Proven track record in recent automotive retail management or a related leadership role (at least 1 year highly preferred).
- Deep understanding of customer service principles and best practices in an automotive dealership context.
- Expertise in advanced inventory control techniques, optimizing stock levels to meet customer demand efficiently.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales and exceeding targets in the automotive industry.
- Proficient in retail math concepts, including profit margins, inventory turnover, and pricing strategies specific to automotive retail.
- Experience negotiating contracts and agreements, leveraging industry knowledge to secure favorable terms.
- Bilingual preferred, Spanish.
