Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest services by assisting guests with inquiries and requests
- Serve as a liaison between guests and other departments within the establishment
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere at the front desk
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Coordinate reservations for dining or other services
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Knowledge of local attractions and amenities
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
