Responsibilities include:
· Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
· Register guests efficiently
· Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner.
· Respond appropriately to guest needs.
· Front Desk experience preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate. Knowledge of OnQ PMS System a plus but not required.

Job Requirements:
· Customer service experience preferred
· Must have schedule flexibility for both AM/PM shifts, Weekends and Holidays.
