Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base.
Duties:
- Lead the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth
- Manage key customer accounts and build strong relationships
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to the sales team
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives
Experience:
- Proven experience in technical sales, business development, outside sales, and account management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing sales team
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends
- Customer service-oriented approach with a focus on building long-term client relationships
