Lonestar Solar Services is looking for responsible, enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals looking to grow within a company. This position will perform a number of duties, including answering phones, responding to customer questions and assisting with customer issues, scheduling, Verification Calls and much more. This position is crucial to the experience our homeowners receive, communication and organization will be key to success in the role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering Homeowner Questions
- Addressing Homeowner concerns and complaints
- Resolving Homeowner issues
- Project Coordination
- Regularly contacting homeowners to ensure their experience with a product or service is positive
- Answering incoming calls and directing/transferring them to the appropriate recipient
- Communicating with homeowners via mail, email, or verbally
- Schedule, change or cancel appointments on behalf of homeowners
- Polling customers to determine their level of satisfaction with the company's products and service
- Completing Verification Calls.

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
