Our North Bay branch is seeking a results-driven Administrative Manager for our San Rafael office. The ideal candidate will have a great team-oriented attitude and want to be in charge, hands-on, lead teams and take on projects from start to finish, and also innovate/implement ideas throughout the organization; growing in a fast-paced, open door, friendly, fun, training environment.
This position will be based in our San Rafael, CA location.
Skills & Qualifications Needed:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or similar required. Experience working in the back office for the construction industry is beneficial.
- G-Suite and Microsoft Office knowledge and skills required.
- Experience with web-based products such as BuilderTrend and Salesforce is helpful.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to take information and direction from a variety of internal and external sources and maintain accurate, detailed documentation.
- Proactive with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver high-quality written and verbal content to different audiences.
- Excellent time management skills, including the ability to take information and direction from a variety of internal and external sources.
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation and prepare reports as requested.
- Sort, manage, and distribute communications in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports and create documents as requested by management.
- Positive, get-it-done attitude with the ability to delegate, supervise, manage workflow, follow-up, and evaluate the quality/accuracy of other's work.
- Organize and manage workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
- Coordinate with managers to formulate objectives and ensure that tasks are prioritized and completed as needed.
- Report to upper management with information, updates, and issues on a daily basis.

Experience:
- Administrative Management or similar: 3+ years (Required)
- Construction Back Office Administration: 1 - 3+ years (Beneficial)

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
