Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and genuine passion for helping customers to join our growing small business.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities are to ensure excellent service standards, respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The CSR will assist customers with product/service information, create quotations, process orders and resolve any customer issues with accuracy and efficiency.
Primary Qualifications/Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of office-based customer support experience
- Strong customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different personalities and situations
- Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Word and Excel with accurate data entry skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Knowledge of professional, appropriate email etiquette
- Ability to build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Attention to accuracy, detail and quality is critical
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
