Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk area
- Manage a team of front desk staff and provide guidance and support
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure that all guests receive exceptional customer service
- Train and develop front desk staff on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Conduct interviews and assist with the recruiting process for front desk positions
- Monitor and manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure cleanliness and tidiness
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Front Desk Manager or Supervisor is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Proficient in payroll management and cash handling procedures
- Experience in interviewing, training, and developing employees
- Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus
