Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front desk reception and administrative duties in a professional manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
- Coordinate projects and assist with project coordination tasks
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy
Experience:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred
- Proficiency with phone systems and office equipment
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Google Docs. Google Sheets, Canva is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with clerical and administrative procedures
