Central NH Trailers & Equipment is looking for somebody to join our fast paced, fun, and growing team! We are seeking a long term employee that wants to grow with our company. Reliability, positive attitude, and high work ethic are very important to us. Office / Accounting experience is preferred.
The Office Manager must be highly motivated and proficient, and would be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Data Entry
- Reviewing all unit sale paperwork
- Keeping inventory of office supplies
- Managing a small office staff
- Assisting sales staff
- Working with company controller
Requirements:
- Must have a positive "team player" attitude and take pride in work
- Strong personal motivational skills, the ability to work independently or as a team when required
- Must be able to effectively and professionally communicate with other employees
- MUST use high confidential office practices
- Previous accounting and/or dealership experience is preferred
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable schedule
- High organizational skills
- Willingness to adapt to changes
- Advanced computer & web application skills (must be a very fast typer and be familiar and proficient with Google Sheets or Excel)
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
