ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
- Make inbound/outbound calls when necessary to help customers.
- Initiate tracers with carriers.
- Maintain customer files.
- Solicit sale of new or additional services.
- Obtain customer feedback information.
- Review customer purchase orders prior to order entry.
- Enter customer orders in the ASI system.
- Manage quote requests for customers in assigned territory.
- Ability to multitask if needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Attendance at work is an essential function of the job.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to read and interpret operating instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to interpret technical instructions into a diagram.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent follow up skills.
- Ability to read documents for detail.
- Customer service experience.
