Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Office Assistant will undertake a variety of tasks ranging from data entry, meticulous sorting, sending emails, troubleshooting, and counting money.
Duties:
- Keep mail, invoices, and money organized
- Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Support office staff with various administrative tasks
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Familiarity with phone systems and secretary duties is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous work as a personal assistant
