Giddy is a dynamic and rapidly growing e-commerce company dedicated to providing innovative solutions in the sexual health and wellness space. Our flagship product is an ED device called Eddie, which is an FDA Registered Class II medical device. We have three website properties and are currently building the world's first AI search engine for sexual health and wellness information.
Giddy is looking for a Director of Paid Media who will be responsible for leading the development of comprehensive media strategies and digital campaigns in the US market across paid and retail media channels. The Director of Paid Media will manage and direct a team of Paid Media Managers and Paid Media Specialists in this task and be accountable for maintaining accurate program forecasts and hitting stated revenue and sales goals. The right candidate will have experience working on end-to-end media campaigns, including tactical components where needed, and have retail media experience. This role is highly cross functional, and you will need to be comfortable using data to make the most effective & agnostic media plan.
What you’ll be doing:
You will support the cross-channel marketing strategy for Giddy’s marketing team working to drive our device sales via direct-to-consumer, and retail media channels
Seek and develop innovative testing ideas and strategies that leverage identified opportunities and changes in technology and consumer behavior
Analyze KPIs on an ongoing basis to ensure that campaigns are maximizing return on ad spend
Liaise with media channel owners, creative team, platform/vendor partners and key marketing stakeholders to implement best practices across paid and retail media tactics using Giddy's own and third-party data to inform decisions while staying true to the Giddy brand
Partner with key stakeholders on the marketing, creative, product, and analytics teams to implement best practices using performance marketing results to inform decisions
Build and manage campaigns
Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork, where everyone’s input is valued and respected
Qualifications:
7-9 years of account management experience in online/digital advertising with a focus on paid social media
5+ years of experience in interactive marketing or business consulting using data and information to drive specific targeting and marketing recommendations
2+ years of demonstrated success in managing and leading people
Experience in paid media that drives Direct-to-Consumer and retailer ecommerce outcomes
Expertise in pixel tracking, and campaign measurement attribution models
Must have extremely strong strategic, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills
Deep knowledge of social media platforms including Meta, Instagram, Google, Tiktok, Youtube, and Twitter
Ability to extract actionable insights from data analysis and translate them to tasks for both marketing and technical stakeholders
Translate business goals and synthesize them into an effective high level campaign strategy
Experience making data-driven marketing decisions to improve and optimize campaigns
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment
High competency level in Google Apps with specific strengths in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
Knowledge of statistical methods and testing methodology preferred
Multichannel experience (search/social/display/programmatic) preferred
Bachelor’s Degree required concentration in business, finance, marketing, or advertising preferred
