An exciting opportunity has arisen for motivated and goal-driven Sales Representatives with experience in the automotive industry. Join our leading Automotive software company team and contribute to our growth.
Your primary role involves contacting car dealerships by telephone and email, engaging with Marketing Directors, General Managers or General Sales Managers of Franchise Dealerships, and presenting our innovative suite of products. This role demands a proactive approach to maintaining business pipelines, managing contacts and accounts, keeping meticulous order records, and consistently meeting sales targets.
Compensation:
This commission-based position offers lucrative earnings, with representatives receiving 100% of the first month's contract as commission upon successfully signing a dealer. (Average contract 2250 P/M) After signing up 100 dealers, eligibility for a salary package commences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the automotive industry.
- Background in sales, with a preference for B2B sales experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Resilience and tenacity, especially in handling rejection and overcoming sales challenges.
- Self-motivation with the ability to work independently.
- Focused and goal-oriented mindset.
- Strategic planning and effective sales strategy development skills.
- Persuasiveness and adaptability in various selling situations.
Responsibilities:
- Actively contacting car dealerships via telephone/email to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Maintaining an accurate database of contact, account, and order information.
- Effectively presenting our product to Marketing Directors, General Managers and General Sales Managers at Franchise Dealerships.
- Building and sustaining business pipelines by diligently following up on leads and opportunities.
- Aiming to meet and exceed set sales targets and quotas.
