Client Services Coordinator
Allen Maintenance Group (AMG) is a Facility Services Contractor company with offices in Houston and Dallas/Ft. Worth. AMG has experienced rapid growth in the past year and is looking to add self-motivated, task-oriented individuals to our team.
YOUR ROLE:
The purpose of our Client Services Coordinator position is to provide assistance to the Account Management Team to ensure the successful completion of our client's facility maintenance and construction needs. Effective communication skills are essential to perform as a liaison between AMG operations, technicians and our customers. This will ensure the customer's processes and procedural requirements are consistently followed in accordance with the Client requests.
Model and act in accordance with AMG guiding principles and core values.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works as an integral part of the Operations Team ensuring customer satisfaction.
Possesses outstanding computer skills with basic/full knowledge of client portals, such as Service Channel, Ecotrak, Corrigo, Big Sky, Verisae, Facility Source is a plus.
Interprets client work requests; creates AMG Service proposal and initiates labor, materials, and equipment pricing.
Creates and assigns work orders to technicians, subcontractors and vendors and ensures work is properly completed and tickets are promptly closed.
Orders and maintains technician materials and supplies daily.
Provides day-to-day contact with Account Managers on operational issues.
Generates weekly open reports on Work Order Status.
Audit Time Sheets to ensure profitability and tech hours are all captured.
Review different work order statuses to ensure compliance with Client needs.
Ensure proper check in and check out processes.
Audit work orders for proper photos/notes/documentation.
Work on call scheduled on assigned weekends.
Familiarize yourself with work order system.
Any tasks Account Manager may assign.

Salary: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
