**Job Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Personal Assistant to our founder. The ideal candidate will be her right hand -- assisting in various personal tasks and real estate activities. The right candidate will be competent, efficient and a quick learner who is essentially obsessed with de-stressing the founders life. This role strives to provide assistance with whatever the founder needs -- whether professional or personal tasks.
**What You'll Do**
- Provide administrative support to the real estate agent/founder and her family, including managing school/activity schedules, arranging appointments, answering her cell phone, and handling inquiries.
- Answering her phone and responding to texts so she can focus on other tasks.
- Coordinate property showings and open houses.
- Communicate with owners, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain databases and filing systems accurately.
**Who You Are**
- You have the ability to work in-person out of the office in Los Gatos, CA and the surrounding areas.
- You have experience as a personal assistant or house manager.
- You are eager to assist with whatever the founder needs throughout her day, personal or professional.
- You have solid administrative experience and are comfortable with technology and administrative tools.
- You may sometimes need to drive to assist with a property listings in various Bay Area locations.
- You thrive in a busy, fast paced environment with a busy executive and have the ability to keep up.
- You have strong organizational skills and multitask effectively. You are attentive to detail and able to dive into a task without repeated instruction.
- You have excellent communication skills to interact with a diverse client and vendor base. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus but not required.
- You do NOT want to be a realtor now or in the future. This role is not a stepping stone to becoming an agent, this is for someone who desires the personal assistant/administrative side of things and gets to play a role in the growth and success of this brand through this position. The founder is looking for stable and long term support.
