Lux Laser & Skincare is looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts. This position entails both marketing and customer service. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. A Marketing specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. You should be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms. The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth.
Responsibilities
Social Media Marketing Specialist:
- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to promote our products/services and increase brand visibility
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments/messages, and maintaining brand consistency.
- Create compelling and engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, videos, stories, and graphics
- Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
Patient Coordinator:
● Perform analytical and data entry task
● Answer patient calls, emails, and questions
● Confidentially manage patient accounts
● Schedule patient visits and answer pre-visit questions, including about billing
● Ensure compliance with professional standards & regulatory requirements
● Provide patient consultations and recommended treatments and products
● Discuss cost of service, promotions and payment options with the patient
● Work as a team player to ensure each patient receives the best service possible
● Schedule any necessary appointments
● Discuss with patients regarding treatments, and pre/post care.
● Assist care team with setting goals for quality assurance and best practices
Skills
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desired
- Well-organized and detail oriented
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
- BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
