Interactions:

Agency Manager: Weekly 1:1 meetings, daily check-ins, strategic discussions.

Prospects: Building rapport, providing expertise, quotes, and onboarding.

Pest Control Underwriter: Submit quotes, answer questions.

Producers: Support for new submissions, ensuring smooth onboarding.

Account Manager: Support and manage delegated work.

Clients: Annual renewals, positive relationship building, issue resolution, and policy renewals.
Decision Making:

Escalate Client or Coverage Issues: Reviewed by Account Manager; impact on legal, operational, and financial aspects.

Identify Gaps in Coverage: Notify Account Manager.
Job Specifications/Qualifications:
Education and Training:

High School Diploma

Texas Property and Casualty License (required or will provide)
Experience:

2 or more years of customer service experience in commercial insurance.
