Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator
Compensation: $22.00-$27.00/hour
The base salary or hourly wage range for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. ABOUT THE ROLE:
You'll play a key role in our recruiting efforts as a Recruiting Coordinator for Din Tai Fung. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll provide vital administrative support to our Recruiting Department. This includes handling data entry, managing candidate declinations, and being the first point of contact for inquiries via phone and email.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruitment
Carry out routine recruitment support tasks and assist others by following established procedures. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards.
- Administration
Produce, update, and provide best practice support on documents, databases, and other departmental systems. Tasks may include purchasing materials, entering budgetary information, and recording time and expenses.
- Correspondence
Respond to routine requests using form letters or emails; respond to more unusual requests by editing templates to create customized responses.
- Resolving Candidate Issues
Respond to basic and advanced issues, and complaints; escalate appropriately.
- Screen Candidate Applications
Check candidate applications to identify and remove those that do not meet the essential skills and experience requirements of the position.
- Candidate Pipeline
Add data to the database of potential candidates for management and professional roles using established talent attraction and engagement processes and tools.
- Personal Capability Building
Develop and maintain excellent process or technical skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
TASKS:
- Assists candidates over the phone, email, or text correspondence to apply to open requisitions
- Manages the Recruiting phone line by promptly responding to phone calls, text messages, and emails regarding candidate applications
- Supports the recruiting team by proactively checking in to assist with daily recruitment tasks and projects, which may include, updating data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Schedules interviews between candidates and hiring managers and coordinates interview expectations for both the candidate and hiring manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years of HR/Recruiting or Admin experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Read, understand, and follow the Employee Handbook and all company policies and procedures
- Able to produce and work the following all MS Office software
- Highly motivated and able to adapt to change
- Positive and Professional Attitude
