The Art Studio leads CASETiFY's US brand and communications through bold, experimental, and playful approach. The Art Studio works closely with the Design Department in HK to deliver campaigns that attract and convert.
Job Description
Campaign, Direction and Content
- Collaborate with the Art Studio Director to conceptualize and execute design ideas from inception to final deliverables, employing research, data analysis, exploration, and iterative processes
- Produce assets across various mediums (digital, print ads, packaging, etc.) to effectively convey campaign narratives that motivate, inspire, educate, and drive conversion
- Demonstrate resourcefulness and project ownership from initiation to completion
- Craft compelling content for Product and Brand campaigns spanning Ads, Web, and Social channels, aligning seamlessly with the brand's Visual Guidelines
Research and Newness
- Stay abreast of content and design trends, conducting competitor research and proposing innovative executions to position the brand as a leader in innovation
- Strive for originality and avoid replicating existing concepts or executions
Teamwork
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment, particularly under pressure, while maintaining a flexible attitude
- Uphold an organized workflow and filing system
- Foster close communication and collaboration with creative team members, as well as cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, and E-commerce Social Teams
Requirement
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in branding, typography, and motion graphics/animation.
- At least 2 years of experience leading graphic design projects.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
- Familiarity with unconventional design/art applications is a plus.
- Ability to weave creative storytelling consistent with the brand's ethos.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and grasp of design principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning work.
- Adaptable, flexible, and highly productive with a proactive approach.
- Strong initiative and basic project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Hybrid: 3-4 days in office, must be located in New York City
