Common Responsibilities will include:
· Assists in selling and promoting Duraline products to customers, including negotiating price, making concessions, and setting terms and conditions of the sale
· Identify and implement improvements in the areas of sales process, efficiency, and productivity.
· Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, networking and referrals.
· Conduct research and analysis to understand the needs and challenges of potential customers
· Hire, Train, and Manage a team of Sales Consultants
· Motivate Individuals and Team to exceed objectives through regular coaching, broadcasting of results, and creative incentives.
· Collaborate with the plant manager, ensure a clear understanding of current project timelines, and certifications, and drive strategy to resolve any outstanding contractual & commercial risks.
· Support cross-functional development to create, develop, and maintain projects, processes, products, and procedures.
· Acts as key contact for the customer and escalation point for issues. Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders.
· Play a proactive role in problem prevention/solving by addressing issues highlighted by the management and support teams about potential areas of concern that could affect customer experience and company profitability.
· Conducts weekly pipeline reviews with team, and forecasts monthly revenue to senior management.

Pay: $50,147.00 - $56,485.00 per year
