Our client is a premier restoration company in the Phoenix, Arizona region looking for a General Operations Manager.
General Managers are responsible for all sales, mitigation/repair production, financial and HR activities within a geographic area. They are expected to provide exceptional customer service and maintain superior client relationships while performing restoration activities for water, fire, mold, cleaning, and other interrelated remediation assignments.
Duties and responsibilities:

Implement strategic business plan and formulate policies
- Allocating budget resources, ensure that company and job budgets are maintained and met
- Exceed company targets for sales, net profit, quality ratings and customer satisfaction
- Provide vision, leadership and discipline regarding long term growth
- Communicate clearly
- Manage and prepare financial reports
- Hiring and training and motivating team members

Skills/Qualifications:

MUST have notable experience in the disaster restoration industry.
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, marketing, operations etc.)
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent English written and verbal skill
- Proficient in technologies such as smart phone, tablet, Microsoft Office, etc.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours as required by the position
- Attention to detail
- Takes initiative in solving problems
- Strong people skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Salary:
$75K – $120K/Annually (Based on experience)

40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Nights as needed
- Weekends as needed
Physical Demands:
To successfully perform the essential functions of this role it requires the ability to:
Stand and sit frequently, walk frequently, frequent use of hands (reach with hands and arms), view computer monitor, speak and hear on a frequent basis. The role may require occasional lifting and/or moving up to 10 lbs. Vision abilities required to include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
