The position of bookkeeper has the following responsibilities under the direction of the General Manager and the President.
o This position is responsible for issuing, documenting and tracking Financial areas:
1. Accounts Payable
· Enter received invoices
· Vendor records
· Run checks
2. Accounts Receivable
· Applying payments
· Bank deposit recording
· Bank run
· Credit applications
· Maintain customer records
· Customer statements/collections
3. Payroll
· Processing
· Direct deposit and or check processing
· Tax payments
· Time by job
· Absence report
· Commissions & Medical excise tax
4. Month-end reporting
5. Receptionist duties
· Answer phones
· Faxes
· Open and disperse mail
6. Back-up for Shipping/Invoicing and Order Entry as needed
7. Back-up to other staff when needed
8. Monitoring and ordering office supplies.
9. Maintains related manuals for above duties.
10. Other duties as assigned by Office Manager and President.
Hours: 8-4:30pm
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
