- Operates and maintains imaging/scanning and PC equipment to process and verify quantities of documents according to specifications.
Job Level
Supervises the daily activities of support team members.
Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors.
Exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.
Works on issues where analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factors.
Imaging Production Supervisor Position Summary:
- Oversee the day-to-day projects within the Imaging Center. Resolve issues, adhere to department standards, monitor timelines and results.
- Provide daily direction to employees in order to accomplish projects. Manage project timelines, quality and outcome of Customers orders.
- Lead, mentor, cross train and provide accountable standards and measures to the department employees.Research and resolve customer issues, modify work procedures as needed to meet customer demand.Ability to assist in the invoicing process.
QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-3 years supervisory experience, in a Digital envirornment, highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of imaging processes including Kofax software Experience with overseeing a team of 15+ employees.
Functional Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
Understanding of the imaging processes, demonstrated leadership skills with strong technical background and organizational skills. Demonstrated basic billing knowledge.
Business Expertise: Basic understanding of project lifecycles.
Leadership: Instrumental in driving production through the Imaging Center personnel by leading and mentoring the imaging personnel.Interpersonal
Skills: This position requires good communication skills to communicate effectively internally and externally. There will be interaction with multiple areas of Iron Mountain with greater focus on local market communication. External communication may consist of infrequent Customer visits, written and verbal communication. Ability to communicate effectively current imaging processes.
