Job Summary
Support Nursing leadership at all levels in a centralized way- from special projects, like Nursing events, to routine and reliable library of reports on key metrics. This role is a face of Nursing at Jefferson Einstein and directly contributes as a cog in the wheel of patient care.
Essential Functions

Coordinates portions of projects, as assigned, that are within Nursing leadership oversight as ad hoc or situational central support: tracks milestones, monitors progress by responsible parties, assists with resolution of issues,

Works as a part of Nursing leadership team or independently to regularly pull data from internal systems and produce standard reports on a cadence for distribution and to be kept historically

Acts as an extension of Nursing leadership to complete tasks or follow outstanding action items: purchasing through invoice payment, administrative support, operational research on a question

Provide knowledgeable guidance or clear direction to Nursing staff and/or other department staff needing Nursing collaboration that falls within operational or policy driven guidelines

Functions independently in completing assignments, prioritizing daily workload to meet the changing needs and acting responsibly in all situations

Demonstrates strong customer service skills, maintaining a professional demeaner and prepared to be the face of Nursing for new connections
- High School Diploma and/or a minimum of 2-3 years of experience providing administrative support

Prior healthcare experience required; within Nursing field preferred

Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Powerpoint (moderate to high functioning)

Flexible, adaptable, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people

Detail orientation and organizational skills are a must
