Front Desk Agent
Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services
- Assist guests with luggage and transportation arrangements
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Capability to wear many hats on a small team and work as a team for success.
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to operate phone systems effectively
- Experience working at the front desk in a hotel setting is preferred
- Passion for hospitality industry
- Ability to provide exceptional guest services

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
