Account Executive
We are looking for a Sales Executive with expertise in selling document storage solutions to join our nationwide leader in information management, located in Hoboken, NJ. As a Document Solutions Sales Executive, your main role will be maximizing sales of our services to new customers and prospects in the NYC area. These services encompass Document Storage Services, Electronic Document Management Solutions, Data Storage Services, Pathology Storage Services, and Shredding Services. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Generating leads and prospecting activities to ensure a healthy pipeline of prospect accounts.
- Qualifying, researching, tracking, and developing leads into viable opportunities.
- Developing strong business cases, proposals, and presentations for sales opportunities.
- Negotiating the terms of agreements and closing sales.
- Maintaining a strong knowledge of the industry, trends, technology, competitive offerings, and customer requirements, and providing informed feedback to the company.
- Participating in professional organizations related to sales, marketing, and the industry as a whole.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the field of document management.
- A strong motivation to seek out and sell to new account opportunities.
- Driven to succeed and excel, displaying passion and enthusiasm for the business.
- Excels in an entrepreneurial atmosphere characterized by constant change.
- Technical awareness, able to confidently communicate with C-level contacts.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Proven track record of surpassing sales targets in previous positions.
- Demonstrated ability to win competitive account sales.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree
