Inside Sales Representative
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative to join our sales team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with prospects and customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Key attributes are responsiveness, active listening skills, and continued follow-up. The focus for this role is customer acquisition.
Duties and responsibilities
- Communicate with existing customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, follow up on leads, and send additional information per email
- Create and maintain customer database of current and potential customers
- Research, identify and qualify new leads and opportunities
- Understand customer needs and explain product features and benefits
- Coordinate activities with internal personnel
- Keep up with product and service information and updates
- Stay informed about competing products and services
- Close sales and achieve sales targets
Inside Sales Representative requirements and qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and sales skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Exceptional customer service skills

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
