There is room for growth and training provided for individuals who've already been in a programming / supervisory / manufacturing role for at least 5-10 years. While experience in a supervisory role would be preferred, it's not necessarily a requirement. Working this position requires a certain discipline and commitment that we understand is not for everyone. You will have to be an extremely motivated individual, who will be relied upon to contribute to the process, which requires 100% attention to all aspects of the manufacturing process.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development and execution of CNC programming, processing, CAD/CAM Files, operational /set up sheets, work instructions as related to the manufacturing of orders utilizing CAM Software
- Responsible for set-up and operation of any JTM manufacturing equipment and JTM manufacturing processes to produce the part to the supplied Customer or JTM drawing to achieve total Customer compliance.
- Responsible for the quality of part including First Article Inspection, First Piece and In-process Inspection
- Responsible for the cleanliness and safety of work area
- Responsible to have knowledge and understanding of cutting tools, G-code programming, manufacturing methods, special processes, and drawing/print interpretation required to obtain Customer compliance
- To ensure that all tools, measuring devices, etc. used to verify Customer parts compliance are calibrated and fit for service.
- Responsible to execute all responsibilities of an OPERATOR.
- Responsible for understanding Company’s quality management system and utilizing it as a tool for compliance and continual improvement.
- Responsible for immediately communicating any issues or perceived issues of product non-compliance to Management.
- Responsible for reporting any issues, problems, abnormalities, needs, etc. immediately to Management that may be detrimental to the goals of the Customer and Company; included but not limited to material, tooling, maintenance, safety, etc.
- Responsible for following and adhering to all Company policies, procedures and ethics.
- To perform other duties as stated by Management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
