Egan Painting, LLC is a Commercial Painting Contractor in Pittsburgh, PA.
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, creating AIA invoices in compliance with construction contracts, tracking change orders and job performance, preparing close-out documents, reading contracts, reconciling bank accounts, and submitting union benefits monthly, any other duties as needed.
The ideal candidate should be familiar with:
· Process Payroll in Quickbooks / certified payroll
· Manage inventory
· Manage unemployment requests
· AIA billings, T&M billings
· Cut checks, pay invoices, create invoices in Quickbooks computer software
· Process new hires / PA hire / E-Verify / clearances
· Manage employee drug testing and physicals
· Maintain a physical filing system as well as virtual
· Copy, scan, edit, create, send documents/ correspondence
· Generate & manage AP/AR reports
· Reception / screen calls
· Process mail / send mail
· Create COIs
· Handle bonding
· Renew licenses
· Create job files and manage job list / cost cards / contracts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
