Our General Manager will be a self-driven team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. They will be an enthusiast leader with a passion for fitness and wellness, strategic planning, team management, and excellent organizational skills. Their mission will be to develop and maintain the overall success of HOTWORX® through effective management strategies, marketing tactics, consultative sales skills, and superior customer service to meet and exceed the performance goals.

- Meeting and exceeding membership sales goals.
- Show up on-time daily with a laser-focused enthusiastic mindset!
- Working as the leader but also a solid team player to help grow the member base of the studio through community outreach, promotions, events, corporate outreach and more.
- Deliver a premier and motivating customer service experience that allows the growth of studio memberships, front end sales, and possible franchise expansion. Lead by example!
- Recruit, coach and motivate the HOTWORX team to excel at personal sales goals, marketing initiatives and all weekly and monthly KPI’s. We want your creativity!
- Drive the HOTWORX brand and services via community outreach, social media (we want a guru), B2B, phone, text, emails.
- Master and utilize company software and platforms for CRM, campaigns, and POS systems for membership sale, billing and collections
- Report sales trends and prospecting efforts to HOTWORX team and owner daily.
- Maintain the studio and equipment in pristine condition to ensure superior customer service and sanitation expectations are exceeded
- Completion of all HOTWORX required training and certification.
Our ideal candidates have previous sales experience, strong interest in helping others feel and look their very best while benefiting from rewarding performance based commissions and bonuses. Candidates should personally lead a healthy lifestyle and have a personal passion for fitness. Additionally, strong knowledge and use of all social media outlets for advertising and promoting the brand is expected. Analytical skills for assessing and being involved in decisions regarding various marketing efforts and expenditures, guest and member traffic and closing rates are of the utmost imortance.
While we are looking for a go-getter who is eager to take initiative and get the job done, we also provide substantial support tools, resources and paid training, certifications and coaching to ensure your success. Compensation includes base salary plus personal commissions, in addition to, bonuses based on the performance of the studio & sales staff as a whole. Basic Requirements:
- Associates Degree (Desired)
- Management experience (1-2 years preferred)
