**Receptionist/Assistant**
**Job Summary:**
Join our team as a Receptionist/Assistant where you will be an integral part of our organization. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, clerical support, and assisting in various administrative tasks. **Duties:**
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Manage order entry processes accurately and efficiently
- Maintain the front desk area clean and organized
- Utilize computer literacy skills to perform various tasks
- Operate phone systems effectively to handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Provide general administrative support to the team
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in customer service or related roles
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of basic administrative procedures
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Prior experience in a receptionist or assistant role is a plus
