JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assistant in all areas of customer service, accounting, and operations – including account data entry & customer service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Customer service - calls, email, walk in traffic
-Scan, post and organize invoices, checks & other documents
-Manage internal & outsourced mailings
-Tracking insurance certificates
-Mail in/out (postage, sorting, distribution)
-Order office supplies – inventory & organize
-Tally & post postage and mailing charges
-Send email statements as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates should have solid interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency with PC, email, and web-based applications. Some secondary education or equivalent experience is important. Applicants must have the ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and detail. Candidates must be proficient in and able to learn new systems including Word, Excel, email, and other office related software and equipment.
SALARY, HOURS & BENEFITS:
Full time In Office M-F 9-5
Starting Salary $40,000 – 42,000 a year 11 paid holidays 12 PTO days, Health insurance, 401k with matching.
