What You’ll Do:
- Provide both reactive and proactive maintenance services.
- Deliver multi-skilled maintenance across electrical and mechanical disciplines.
- Maintain chiller plants, cooling towers, boilers, and BMS controls.
- Ensure all mechanical and electrical equipment operates at peak performance.
- Meet all key performance indicators.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and external suppliers.
- Manage and maintain tools and equipment to high standards.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients and management.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 3+ years in a Building Engineer role.
- Expertise in HVAC & Mechanical maintenance, boilers, and BMS controls.
- Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Recognized qualification in an HVAC capacity.
- Flexibility to perform duties beyond your specific trade.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Client-facing experience is highly desirable.
